Richardson Concrete Lifting fixes sunken slabs. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors. We lift and level, we don’t push full replacement unless lifting truly won’t hold.

Most of what we see traces back to the same cause: expansive clay soil under Richardson’s older, built-out slab homes. That soil shrinks when it’s dry, swells when it rains, and takes the concrete along for the ride. Understanding that cycle changes how we quote a job.

How We Work

Before any drilling starts, we look at the slab itself. Void size. Load. How close it sits to the house or a public sidewalk. That tells us whether poly foam or mudjacking is the right call, not a guess based on what truck happens to be free that day.

Poly foam works well on lighter slabs near the structure, where extra weight risks restarting settlement. Mudjacking suits bigger driveway sections that need more fill volume at a lower cost. We walk you through which one fits before we write the estimate, not after.
